1. How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Your MARC BERNSTEIN NEW YORK accessory is made to order.  Bracelets and Jewelry production time is typically 1-2 days.  Leather items, including handbags and wallets, production time is generally 7-10 days, but may vary depending on the time of year.  Once you place your order, we will send you an
order confirmation with anticipated ship date.


Our standard shipping method is US Postal Service First Class Mail.  Delivery time varies between 1-5 days depending on your geographic location.  In the
event that you require faster, date specific shipping, Express shipping (FedEx, etc.) is available for an additional fee.  To arrange for Express shipping, place your order through the website, and then send a separate email to sales@marcbernsteinnewyork.com to arrange for this service.

 

2.  Is there any charge for shipping?

 

No, there is no charge for standard shipping.  Within the United States, we ship by US Postal Service First Class Mail with tracking number.  For International shipments, we ship by DHL.  Typical delivery time is 1 to 3 days.
